RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Business Analyst in Rosemont, IL.Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to execute Customer Business Integrations for customers agreeing to work with standard integrations. The Junior Business Analyst will enable Data Access to customers and 3rd Party Software Companies to meet specific business needs via File transfers and other related IT Function solutions available to existing customers. This role will review requirements, identify any potential gaps and/or missing requirements, and update project status daily. Standard Integrations and Semi-Custom Integrations Support ongoing integrations and troubleshoot issues for quick resolution.Key Tasks:
  • Junior Business Analyst will review project assigned for potential gaps and/or missing requirements necessary to fulfill the business request
  • Deactivating integrations in all systems when needed
  • Notify appropriate teams internally as needed based on specific project needs
  • Documents project extracts, company, and contact records
  • Maintain and protect customer relationships with excellent customer service
  • Document completed projects in application and distribute material to customers, internal departments, sales training, update applications/systems required
  • Development and user test customer business integrations credentials, formats, data flow for production and successful delivery to the end user
  • Deliver completed customer integrations meeting all procedures & process flows
  • Thorough testing and documentation and notifications to those who need it
  • As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be obtaining Signatures on Legal Documents, Distribution of Documents and Storing in a designated repository; Obtaining Customers approval/sign off
  • Customer Transfers, Communication and Attend all meetings for transfers and emergency transfers
  • New Customer Rollouts as the IT Resource for National Chains Corporate and Franchise


REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.S./B.A. or equivalent work experience is required
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Integration Analyst or IT Business Analyst Role
  • Prior experience in gathering detailed business requirements, interpreting Customer business needs, and translating needs into operational business requirements
  • Prior experience in a customer service or customer facing role
  • Integration Procedure and Process Documentation
  • Excellent decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent organization, and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge and general understanding of IT/Technical Concepts
  • Strong knowledge of various file types such as EDI ANSI X12, XML, cXML, Flat Files, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Data warehouse, IBM, Sterling Integrator, EDI Translation Tools, CoreFtp/FileZilla
  • Strong Knowledge of Communication Methods AS2, SFTP, FTP and Van
  • Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
  • Prior experience in eCommerce/eBusiness environment (Such as EDI, B2B eCommerce, Supply Chain, other electronic integrations) preferred
  • Experience in the Food Industry/Distribution is a plus
  • Excellent Excel Advanced preferred
  • Travel: 10% Minimal travel required
  • Location: Remote anywhere in the Unites States Except Hawaii

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
