Overview

This is an in house position at the Conway, Arkansas Facility.

We are seeking a skilled Lead Development Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support our lead generation efforts by coordinating and managing various activities to drive the growth of potential leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Marketing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Hubspot), implementing strategies to optimize customer interactions, and leveraging data to drive marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns, workflows, and automations to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and utilization of CRM data.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Create and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, PipeDrive, Pardot, Marketo etc.) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B lead generation
  • Certifications in CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful CRM-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development languages.
