Law firm located in Kendall area is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join their team. The Legal Executive Assistant will have 3+ years of experience in a law firm preferably handling litigation matters. This is a direct-hire/perm opportunity and firm is offering competitive pay and benefits. Fully on-site role.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Calendar Management
- Scheduling
- Managing attorney's billable time
- Travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
- E-filing
- Additional administrative/clerical tasks as required by attorney(s)
- 4+ years of litigation experience preferably in insurance defense litigation
- Bilingual, preferred but not required
- High School Diploma (Some College preferred)
- E-filing experience
- Organzied, energetic and self starter
