In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. About You

As a person, you're a balanced thinker, a motivated fixer - someone who is always taking initiative to solve problems, make things better and respectfully engage others along the journey with you. As a Mechanical Maintenance Tech, you have a strong technical track record, work best under pressure and deliver high value to your team by owning issues through resolution, exercising strong situational judgment and favoring a proactive vs. reactive approach to equipment maintenance. • Are 18 years or older and are authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Have a 2-year related technical degree and a minimum of [5 years] work experience in a related manufacturing field, including experience with high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment
• Can read and write basic English
• Have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Are able to work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Can physically work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, and enter confined spaces
• Can pass a pre-employment drug + background screening
