Medical Front Office

Our client is based out of Oldsmar and beautiful downtown Clearwater. They are a medical office specializing in digestive care. We are seeking a medical front desk receptionist who is personable, detail oriented, and organized to assist patients daily.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer multi- line phone system
• Enter information into ERM, utilizing E-Clinicals
• Scheduling appointments
• Meeting and greeting patients
• Cleanliness of office
• Assisting doctors and staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 years previous experience in a medical office
• Must have experience working in E-Clinicals
• Must be friendly and personable to internal staff and patients
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must be able to travel and work within both locations of Oldsmar and Clearwater

Pay: $17-$19/ Hour

Hours: 9:00AM - 5:30PM Monday- Friday

Tues, Wed, and Fri will be in the Oldsmar office

Mon and Thurs will be in Clearwater location
