Accountabilities:
In this role, you will investigate instrumentation related events and deviations while also improving the Metrology Program and simplifying the ways of working for the entire department. You may also need to assist with routine and non-routine calibrations during peak demand. Your responsibilities will be directly related to Metrology and the management of the department's administrative activities and routine tasks.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Associates degree required, preferably in Science, Engineering, or other related technical field.
- Five years in pharmaceutical Manufacturing and/or similar regulated industry experience for the role.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Process Controls and Instrumentation experience
- Multiple site or function experience
- Lean and Six Sigma
- Project management skills
- Planning and Organizing skills
- Excellent decision maker
- Interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge of Calibration & Metrology principles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams.
- Basic technical knowledge of electronics and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of GMP or regulated production environment
- Quality record management and attention to details required.
