A day in the life.

As our Client Representative on the National Accounts team, you'll be responsible for servicing and retaining an existing book of business of large revenue accounts. This would include review and processing of policies, issuing certificates of insurance after reviewing contracts; creating proposals; preparing policies for delivery and other day to day tasks as directed by the department manager. Demonstrating leadership and Core MMA values is a requirement as well.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years knowledge of commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverages and markets is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.
• Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines.
• Be very detail oriented and able to handle a wide variety of tasks.
• Property & Casualty License (can be obtained after hire).

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• College degree.
• Experience with large Business Insurance accounts.
