Additional Info:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Location: 100% in office in Hopkins
  • Type: Permanent role
  • Pay Rate: $22 - $26/hr depending on experience level
Responsibilities:
  • Manage main phone line and direct calls to other departments.
  • Prepare warranties and lien waivers with billing statements when required.
  • Enter product orders into internal database and communicate tracking to customers.
  • Financial duties: Deposit and apply payments to accounts receivable, create and send out invoices for payment, and maintain order log/invoices and verify amounts end totals.
  • Assist with general office work.
  • Obtain credit information on all required customer and dealer orders.
  • Request documentation for product orders and installations such as required building permits.
  • Compute adjusted sales figures and commissions by salesperson.
  • Maintain required hours for employees and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate, 1+ years of business or college courses (preferred but not required)
  • Experience: 2+ years secretarial, admin, accounting, sales support, or clerical business office experience.
  • Strong computer skills required, including experience using Microsoft Office products and accounting software (preferred not required).
