Operations Manager

A constuction company in north Austin is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. This is a fully on-site role in north Austin and salary is $75-90k depending on experience. This role requires someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish!

Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating team members to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Leveraging bilingual skills to clearly communicate complex ideas and instructions.
• Demonstrating exceptional people management skills, fostering staff development.
• Maintaining composure and making informed decisions in high-stress situations.
• Engaging in difficult conversations when necessary, promoting open communication and continuous improvement.
• Developing and executing strategic plans to meet company goals and objectives.
• Managing and optimizing operational processes for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Leading cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for business development and expansion.
• Providing leadership and guidance to a team of employees.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Proven experience in a similar operations management role.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and process improvement.
• Excellent project management skills, with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring teams.
