As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead our fulfillment center. This is a weekend shift working Saturday-Monday from 5am to 5:3pm.

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, logistics, and supply chain management. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the fulfillment center, managing a team of employees, and constantly improving processes to meet customer demands.

What you'll do:

• Oversee all aspects of the fulfillment center's operations, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and accuracy in all operations.
  
• Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they achieve their goals.
  
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the performance of the fulfillment center.
  
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, procurement, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives
