Position Overview:

The Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Analyst performs a critical role in ensuring the safety, security and resiliency of Motiva OT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments. The role requires a deep understanding of both IT and OT cybersecurity technologies, security operations and vulnerability management within the Oil and Natural Gas (ONG) industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and mature an expanded OT Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) program.
  
• Support the optimization of OT cybersecurity technologies, including Tenable and Dragos.
  
• Collaborate with OT/ICS teams to ensure they meet cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
  
• Foster and maintain relationships with cybersecurity vendors and business stakeholders.
  
• Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to OT security.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on OT cybersecurity best practices, risks, and incident response procedures.
  
• Deputize for the Enterprise Manager of OT Cybersecurity as required.
  

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Security, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience with 5+ years working in ONG environments focusing on technology administration.
  
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards and frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISA 62443, C2M2.
  
• Experience configuring and utilizing cybersecurity solutions including Dragos, Claroty and Tenable.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Relevant industry certifications from organizations including Dragos, GIAC and ISC2.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 9+ years' experience working in ONG environments with a focus on technology administration.
  
• Experience with Dragos and Tenable OT cybersecurity solutions.
  
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing threat landscape and stay current with emerging OT security trends.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of SCADA, Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and other OT/ICS technologies.

• Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling ...ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment... lifting up to 50lbs, standing 50% of the time
  
• Must pass annual respirator fit testing, due to safety sensitive nature of job
  
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas (respirator, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, heeled boots, and hearing protection)
  
• Ability to reach all work areas in the plant (i.e. climb ladders, negotiate catwalks, handle heights to 50 feet, etc.)
