Product Data & Operations Analyst (Medical Device)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client out of Carlsbad, CA looking for a Product Data & Operations Analyst that will work remotely with occasional in-office meetings.If you're looking for a career change that allows you to be innovative while helping people in the medical technology space, and has great benefits including truly unlimited PTO, competitive healthcare benefits, and 401K, then Kforce has the perfect role for you!Summary:The Product Data & Operations Analyst will have experience in driving software-centric medical device product development, medical device systems, established phase-gate design controls, and working with both internal and external development and maintenance teams. An appetite for fast-paced and hands-on work in a rapidly growing venture-backed organization is essential.Key Tasks Include:

• Conducting product health analysis by extracting data using SQL, creating reports, and analyzing product logs
• Identifying new metrics to be used to predict future product performance issues
• Supporting product complaint investigations by summarizing device log data
• Working with Product Engineering and Quality to determine the root cause of field issues
• As a Product Data & Operations Analyst, you will be providing input to Product Engineering to improve product reliability and supportability
• Building automated reports and alerts to identify anomalies in product performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science or other related IT/ development discipline
• 1+ years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry
• In depth knowledge of SQL database concepts and techniques
• A team player who is flexible, and adaptable
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams (across geography and culture) with a group of people with diverse skills sets, and personalities
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies
• DevOps, architecture, or product support experience
• Experience developing or supporting as a Medical Device (SaMD) solutions
