The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Green Bay, WI area
Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Green Bay, WI
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Ensures planned production levels, safety, quality, efficiency, and budget objectives are met
- Work closely with Maintenance to coordinator maintenance schedules and shut downs
- Lead plant continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, Engineering preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in the forest products manufacturing preferred
