BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech 2 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA/Remote!

Position Title: Program Manager Tech 2

Location: Redmond, WA/Remote
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range:[$50] - [$55]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years experience with Cross Functional Teams in a large enterprise corporation.

2. Minimum 3-5 years experience with Reporting tools and spreadsheets such as PowerBI or equivalent.

3. Minimum 1-2 years experience with Compliance/Governance/Risk Management.

Description:

  • Interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
  • Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented.
  • Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required.
  • Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. May manage/oversee project.
Key projects: This role will contribute to website compliance, spend/finance compliance, and projects including technology/tools compliance.

1. Website Compliance: Work cross functionally will a lot of teams, ensure websites meet both internal and external compliance and procedures. Such as ensuring cookies, banners, accessibility, etc. on websites. Maintain a tracking sheet of websites that are withing compliance or pending updates.

2. Spend/Finance Compliance: Support the spend compliance and Purchase Order compliance for the finance team, such as mapping for accounts, maintaining activity ID, coordinating cost centers, etc.

3. Projects: Miscellaneous project support including supporting technology compliance such as when a new tool or report is developed and providing compliance support.
