This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- In your activities you will demonstrate leadership and take ownership of full Project delivery of complex design and construction Projects
- You will coordinate highly technical internal engineering teams and architectural and engineering firms to deliver world class facilities
- You will be responsible for developing and managing projects with a range up to 5M Euro
- In your role you will integrate sophisticated Process systems with building infrastructure.
- You will have full responsibility for building and monitoring budgets, schedules, and forecasts.

- You have proven skills in design and construction of a wide variety of Project types ranging for Office space to medical manufacturing facilities.
- You are adept with the design process and construction management.
- You are adept and competent with space planning and interior design topics
- You are comfortable in a highly matrixed, international organization.
- You are comfortable generating and presenting critical Program information to Senior Management
- Technically Proficient in Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing
- Your willingness to travel to Project sites, approximately 35%, anywhere in North America and occasionally overseas is key to the execution of this position.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- Associates Degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years as a multifunction, multi discipline Program Manager
- PMI Certification a plus
