Project Manager - Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A client with Kforce is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role. We are seeking candidates with tactical and practical marketing collateral development project management experience.Responsibilities:
  • Project Management of outlined project - including project planning, resource management, scheduling, client communication and risk mitigation
  • Vendor, IT staff, and client oversight
  • Management of project scope, milestones and all deliverables
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders and peers to understand and refine business requirements, strategies and needs
  • Cross-functional engagement and coordination of internal and external partners to move the ball forward on all aspects of the project
  • High level leadership on the delivery of multiple projects
  • Developing cost benefit analyses for the program
  • Communicating to an executive committee
  • Creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard
  • Allocating resources across the multiple projects
  • Defining project governance policies
  • Managing the financial concerns of the program


REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Certifications: Professional Scrum Master, Hubspot Marketing Academy, Advanced Google Analytics, Google Ads
  • PMP (desirable)
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, product, content, sales, and customer service
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager w/BA Lineage
  • Experience developing process, strategy, project volume assessment, budgets, and timelines
  • Software: ClickUp, Smartsheets, Wordpress, Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suite, Data Studio, Trainual, Slack, Dropbox
  • Experience working as an Associate Director, Project Management Manager, Integrated Marketing, etc.
  • Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties
  • Demonstrated success in management of technical development projects using agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of tools necessary to perform this role: MS Project, PPT, Word, Visio, etc.
  • Media/Entertainment and/or Marketing Industry experience (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills; Listening, presenting, facilitating across functions and levels, both internal and external
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, develop consensus and drive team decisions
  • Self-motivation; Pro-actively identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Highly responsive in times of system/process failure; Addresses issues timely, and brings them to appropriate resolution/closure
  • Can-do attitude; Thorough, detail oriented

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
