Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team within Value Medical Project Management. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading technical management & continuous development of the project management tools, processes, systems & reporting capabilities in collaboration with the project management team, key stakeholders & business owners. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functional to drive enterprise system integration through exploring and piloting new digitalization or data analytic initiatives. The ability to navigate matrix organizations with strong soft skills and technical curiosity & an affinity for data analytics are key requirements for this role. • Lead the technical implementation of project management system and reporting, including the creation of tailored dashboards providing senior stakeholders with key metrics and reports. • Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to Identify and address standardization gaps in existing and new processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders & business owners to ensure appropriate cross - system connection and integration. • Support user adoption of tools by providing hands-on support and necessary resources such as trainings and job aids. • Act as a subject matter expert for VMPM collaboration spaces (SharePoint & MS teams), tools, and systems, ensuring their proper setup, maintenance, and governance. • Identify and leverage emerging technologies and systems to improve the process execution based on organizational needs and stakeholder input. • Pilot and implement digital capabilities to enhance systems and tools supporting the key VMPM processes. • Able to deliver to set goal with high degree of autonomy, while managing stakeholders appropriately. • Drive cross functional and organizational integration of the VMPM PMO by contributing to various workstreams and collaborating with other PMOs. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferable in a scientific/technical discipline • Experience within pharmaceuticals or similar science driven industries. • At least 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a PMO function. • Strong technical expertise in project management tools and systems. Preferred experience with data analytics (e.g. Power BI) and experience or enthusiasm with low coding platforms such as the MS Power Platform ecosystem for solution creation. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams. • Experience in driving process improvement and change management initiatives. • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • It is preferred applicants have a project management certification (or similar) and experience or curiosity to develop data analytics solutions. Additional Hybrid role - 3 days onsite required each week. Site location: Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd PA.
