Loparex is looking for a dynamic change agent who is versed and highly competent within the Quality field for our Hammond, WI location. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a team, incorporate continuous improvement initiatives, develop employees and drive positive change. We need a positive driving force that takes initiative, creates excitement for change and thinks outside of the box.

In this role, the Quality Manager will:

  • Work with the Enterprise Excellence and Field Tech Services teams to achieve strategic quality goals and improvements, striving for standardization across the company.
  • Oversees the development of the Quality Management System and protocols for quality assurance testing models.
  • Assists in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or equipment.
  • Provide support to manufacturing, R&D, and Sales and Marketing to answer questions and solve problems regarding quality procedures or customer complaints.
  • Serve as Quality Mentor for the Quality department and the facility
  • Serve as ISO Management Representative for the Quality Management System and lead internal and external audits with auditing bodies and customers
  • Provide leadership and accountability to the site's Quality team

Jobs Skills, Experience , And Knowledge Requirements
  • B.S. degree in quality management, business, engineering field or another technical field
  • Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 9001.
  • Hands-on Quality Assurance experience of 5 or more years.
  • Strong working knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Company software systems including, but not limited to the ability to create reports and correspondence with word processing, create spreadsheets, accurately update databases and utilize statistical analysis software.
  • Strong mathematical skills: working knowledge of metric conversions and statistical software preferred.
  • Detail oriented, strong organization skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Coach, mentor and change agent, inspiring other team members to strive for customer satisfaction.
