Description:

We are searching for a highly qualified and results-oriented Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the consistent production of high-quality chemicals that meet all regulatory requirements and customer specifications. This leadership position demands a strong understanding of quality control principles, chemical manufacturing processes, and the ability to implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Lead and manage a team of quality control (QC) inspectors, technicians, and analysts.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Oversee the implementation of quality control testing throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to established specifications and protocols.
• Analyze quality control data to identify trends and potential issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to continuously improve quality.
• Conduct audits of production processes and quality control procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and investigate customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Liaise with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, quality control best practices, and relevant chemical manufacturing standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete quality control documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the QMS and overall production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and relevant industry regulations.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining a QMS.
• Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and analytical techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with quality control software a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.
