RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a national client in the utilities industry that is seeking a React Developer to join their team. This will be a long term contract role and is 100% remote. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (ex: Computer Science or related discipline) and 5-8 years of relevant experience (programming technologies) or at least 9-12 years of relevant combination of education and work experience
  • Knowledge of Application Monitoring with tools like App Insights or related
  • Experience writing and executing stored procedures
  • Experience with designing integration applications, both upstream and downstream applications
  • Experience with git, Azure DevOps, build pipelines, code branching/merging, code management
  • Experience implementing security on Azure
  • Knowledge of Event driven architecture
Experience with:
  • Design and development of REST APIs, Web services
  • Modern design patterns, architectures, and testing strategies
  • .NET 6/6.1/Core 3.1 Framework with C#, Entity Framework
  • Modern JavaScript frameworks Angular v13 - v15, or up to date equivalent i.e. React/VUE
  • Azure Functions v3 - v4
  • Azure SQL, MS SQL Server, database development, query optimization and performance turning
Preferred experience:
  • Experience with additional cloud-native Azure technologies i.e. Event Grid, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, App Service, Key Vault, Logic Apps, ARM Templates
  • Deep knowledge of Unit Testing and Automation testing
  • React and/or Next.js experience
  • Kubernetes and/or Azure Kubernetes Service experience
  • Configuring Azure DevOps and pipelines
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Microservice Architecture
  • Design and development of SSIS packages and knowledge of ETL tools (ADF would be plus)


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
