Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant to join our team, responsible for managing the financial aspects of our real estate portfolio. This role requires expertise in property accounting, financial reporting, and budget management.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee accounting and financial operations for real estate properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts specific to real estate transactions.
* Manage rent rolls, lease agreements, and tenant billing processes.
* Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts and financial discrepancies related to property management.
* Coordinate with property managers and real estate teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience in real estate accounting or property management finance.
* Proficient in accounting software and Excel, with a strong understanding of real estate financial principles.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
