Lead Responsibilities:

• Mentor, train and develop new and current associates in our C&P team.
• Conduct 1 on 1 review meetings and desk reviews with your direct reports.
• Attend systems experts meetings to assist in finding and engaging top talent with your team.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals to match client requirements for contract, contract to hire or permanent opportunities.
• Build a network of active and passive technology professionals through creative sourcing, referrals and networking events.
• Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to effectively match candidates' qualifications and job requirements. Negotiate wages and contracts with candidates.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates through ongoing contact.
• Prep candidates and providing coaching/advice to candidates throughout the client interview process.
• Construct Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery. Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
