The Regional Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the digital marketing strategy for all properties across North America, providing a leading digital experience across channels, brands and geographies, thereby delivering value to the organization through brand visibility and direct web conversions.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage the organization's digital web infrastructure across but not limited to the brand website, microsites, mobile app, blogs, social sites, etc., for all properties across North America.
• Manage digital marketing plans and tactics for acquisition, development, opening and lease-up for new and operating properties.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue Management teams for planning, approval, execution and follow-up of all global and regional campaigns involving digital marketing support and activation.
• Manage regional and property digital marketing budgets to optimize spend and performance based on insights and data, in collaboration with Regional Marketing Manager.
• Support integrated digital marketing programs and initiatives across owned and paid media channels covering the customer buying journey, to drive brand awareness, improve brand equity, generate leads and conversions within budget, and achieve defined metrics.
• Analyze market performance and manage performance reporting including occupancy, inventory, customer demographics and demand to all stakeholder groups.
• Act as the primary digital marketing point-of-contact for all properties in North America, and work in collaboration with Corporate Digital Marketing team for regionalization of global initiatives.

• 5 years' experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, property/hotel marketing and/or real estate marketing.
• Experience managing a budget
