Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Registered Nurse.

Position type: Fulltime - Contract
Location: Rochester and Auburn, New York locations
Job/ Shift Hours: all shifts

As Registered Nurse, you will:

• Perform assessments on clients with illness, injury, or health related/psychological concerns.
• Report any significant finding to the appropriate medical provider and guardian, when appropriate
• Implement the prescribed intervention method.
• Transcribe all information accurately and efficiently and carry out orders for treatment as medically prescribed.
• Administer medication safely, accurately, and monitor for signs of adverse reactions to medications and/or treatments.
• Effectively triage phone calls regarding health-related concerns of youth in care
• Oversee and supervise care provided by the LPN and other health office staff.
• Must go to Rochester for 1 day orientation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of an associate degree from an accredited Nursing Program and NYS license as a Registered Nurse
• Adolescent Psych and/or Pediatric Experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid New York State Driver's License and must meet agency driving and insurance standards.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $24.97 - $37.45/hr. will also get shift differential on night/evening/weekend shifts and sign on bonus
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
