The Opportunity

The Clinical Supervisor work collaboratively with the Site Manager to provide onsite clinical leadership to both Haverhill and North Andover Orthopedics and Sports Medicine locations. This onsite position serves as a resource to clinical staff while also participating in daily clinical needs of the practice. Responsibilities include conducting daily huddles, developing, optimizing and managing workflows, training new clinical staff, managing clinic supplies, and assisting in performance measurement/operation and process improvement studies.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Clinical experience required
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN or LPN preferred
  • Previous experience in a community based medical practice preferred
  • Previous experience in an Orthopedic setting preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a group practice or ambulatory setting; preferably in Orthopedics
Skills/Abilities:
  • The ability to lead a team and foster an effective, positive team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and supervision skills.
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, staff and the community.
  • Excellent verbal and analytical skills.
  • Excellent computer skills required, Epic experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to respond to issues quickly and purposefully.
  • Positive problem-solving skills and attitude with the ability to establish priorities and initiate appropriate responses.
  • Strong desire for process improvement, staff motivation, and leadership development.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize a heavy and diverse workload.
