Supports Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. Ensure seamless customer onboarding, manage opportunities, and craft proposals. Keeping everything organized and up to date. Identify ways to streamline our sales process!

Hourly: $27-$30.

An ideal Sales Administrator have experience helping account executives/ sales team craft proposals, gather bid documents, onboard new customers, and set up customer/vendor profiles in CRM system. They must also be comfortable editing Excel sheets (including creating pivot tables, graphs, etc.). A minimum of 3 years' experience is required.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Manage opportunities, craft proposals, win bids, and onboard new customers with Account Executives.
  • Set up customers, vendors, and subcontractors seamlessly in our CRM system.
  • Master complex spreadsheets and develop new sales tools (like estimate sheets & presentations).
  • Ensure accurate and complete contract processing when winning sales opportunities.
  • Promote our products and services, effectively communicating their value and identifying opportunities for customer expansion.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring personalized experiences and advocating for solutions.
  • Support the Customer Care team when needed by attending meetings and trainings.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with customers via phone, email, and company systems.

Sales Administrator Requirements:
  • Experience in administration (3-years): You're organized and efficient.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat whiz (or quick learner).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel creating Pivot Tables and Graphs
