HYBRID SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE - $85k - 4 DAYS PER WEEK REMOTE!

Our growing and stable company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for performing general ledger accounting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and providing support to the accounting and department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, a minimum of three years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reconciliations
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for fluctuations
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Participate in the monthly and annual closing process
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Create financial statements for multiple entities
• Stay up-to-date on accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• At least three years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with multiple ERP systems
