Responsibilities:

• Order, configure, deploy, and manage Meraki home and office devices.
• Administer Cisco Umbrella and resolve DNS filtering issues.
• Implement IP and FQDN blocking/shunning on edge security devices, including Palo Alto firewalls, FMC/FTD appliances, legacy ASA devices, and Datacenter Meraki Mx450/250.
• Manage Cisco ISE for end-user device, printer, ATM, security, and video authentication, as well as TACACS.
• Handle Wireless LAN Controller administration for all wireless access point solutions, including maintenance and IOS upgrades. Serve as an escalation point for client wireless issues.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot various components of branch/back-office network equipment, such as ISR routers, switches, wireless access points, UPS, telepresence, and IP telephony.
• Coordinate with telco/circuit carriers and third-party wiring vendors for moves, additions, and installations.
• Collaborate with the NOC team to respond to alerts based on an on-call schedule.
• Manage vulnerabilities in alignment with Security Operations metrics.
• Oversee Cisco smart licensing servers.
• Desired knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN deployment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on routing, switching, performance monitoring, and wireless technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred).

Technology Skills:

• Deep technical expertise in Cisco Routing/Switching, Cisco VPN/Firewalls, and wireless networking.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.).
