CONTACT CENTER PROJECT MANAGER
One of The Select Group's clients is looking for a Project Manager sitting local to Los Angeles. The ideal candidate has strong experience with managing projects focused on contact center cloud migration. If the below sounds like you, APPLY NOW!
CONTACT CENTER PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- Seasoned Project Manager with a background supporting IT projects (Software, Systems, Cloud, etc)
- Knowledge and expertise pertaining to contact center technologies and business capabilities
- inbound and outbound calls, IVR, digital channels, omnichannel interactions, agent desktop and knowledge base, call recording, workforce management, quality assurance, reporting, etc
- Knowledge and expertise related to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and contact center as a service (CCaaS) solutions
- experience in managing large and complex IT projects to migrate on-prem Customer Contact Center applications & systems to the cloud
- Strong presentation skills, experience in high visibility roles
- Strong grasp of project management skills, methodologies, and tools:
- Skills: Developing and managing project plans, managing resources and schedules, vendor communication, driving tasks, etc
- Methodologies: Agile and waterfall
- Tools: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
HUGE PLUS:
- Genesys Cloud CX project experience
- Utilities experience
CONTACT CENTER PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This Senior Project Manager will be the lead PM on this project with the support of the vendor Project Manager and PMO to handle various workstreams
- Remain in tune with vendor methodologies and be able to adapt quickly to the new ways of working that a large program brings
- Work closely with the business units, IT, and vendor to develop requirements for the program while putting together deliverables and artefacts
- Help to develop and manage project plans and workstreams while maintaining a big picture focus
- Help to develop a large, complex, vendor program including resource loading, meeting cadence and content, vendor management and escalation, PMO toolsets and analytical dashboards
- Track and manage current in-flight projects to de-risk the Vista Program
- Lead and participate in meetings as necessary
- Deliver project presentations to all levels of leadership as necessary
- Drive and delegate project tasks as needed
