Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Weymouth, MA headquarters office who has expertise leading Industrial Hygiene and Building Sciences projects. Senior Project Managers lead client projects from inception to closure and provide supervision and coaching to their teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Industrial Hygiene projects from inception to closure
  • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, including discovery and planning, scope definition, budgeting and financials, project execution, and delivery
  • Ensure quality and regulatory standards are met or exceeded
  • Prepare and/or peer review client technical report deliverables
  • Prepare timely client invoices, ensuring timesheet, subcontractor and expense data and accurate
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to project team members
  • Procure and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
  • Perform and oversee Industrial Hygiene surveys and assessments: Indoor Air Quality, Asbestos/Lead/Mold, Exposure Monitoring, Noise, Occupational Safety, etc
  • Participate in business development program, including conference attendance, development of RFPs and proposals, etc
  • Prepare, implement, and/or review Health and Safety Plans/Job Safety Analyses for sites
  • Maintain productive and proactive communications with client teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience conducting and leading IHBS projects, preferably within a consulting environment

• Prior experience leading and managing Industrial Hygiene projects and teams successfully from inception to completion

• Appropriate licensure necessary to act as senior lead and peer reviewer on projects

• Health and Safety Certifications (OSHA 10 or 30 and HAZWOPER 40)

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English, including technical report writing

• Strong Project Management skills with record of completing project on time, on budget, and within quality standards

• Ability to perform multiple tasks and handle multiple priorities effectively

• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to meet deadlines both internally and externally

• Ability/willingness for frequent regional travel up to 70%, with occasional overnight, extended stay and/or national travel

• Possession of a valid driver's license

• Ability to walk job sites during inspections, sometimes on uneven terrain, and carry field testing equipment (up to 30 pounds) with regularity
