Job Summary

As a U.S. International Senior Tax Analyst in the Planning & Technical group, you will be responsible for non-U.S. intercompany dividend analysis, visuals for stakeholders, and tactical support for the Planning & Technical team. This experienced tax professional will be a valued member on a team that performs complex analysis with multiple considerations to achieve enterprise cash management objectives. The role will challenge you to combine technical and business knowledge to complete a high-quality work product, demonstrate critical thinking skills that leads to recommendations, and leverage digital tools for visibility and process efficiency.

What You Will Do:

  • Preparing and analyzing complex Sec. 959 attributes considering compliance data, provision estimates, tiering of dividends, distribution ordering rules, and estimating PTEP exchange gain/loss
  • Working closely with internal and external business partners to ensure appropriate information is gathered, analyzed, and proficiently conveys information to senior tax managers on tax implications
  • Leading or supporting projects related to process improvements, implementation of controls, or other planning initiatives
  • Researching and analyzing tax regulations to model dividend implications, optimize enterprise tax impact, and understand CAMT interaction with oversight by management
  • Analyzing and developing responses to support tax authority inquiries with oversight by management
What You Have:
  • Education/Experience: This position typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business related degree and 4+ years of progressively responsible tax related experience.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts; corresponds with a global audience and avoids tax technical jargon when communicating with business partners.
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches and tools for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to alternatives scenarios with understanding of stakeholder perspectives.
  • T a x Operations: Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and guidance; utilizes tools to identify and gather the information necessary for preparing tax analysis and explains rationale behind U.S. tax impacts.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete complex analysis and steward status updates with timeliness and precision.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
  • Base understanding of U.S. international taxation, including earnings & profits and income inclusions
  • Experience with Corptax software
  • Strong knowledge of M365 and familiarity with PowerBI
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, analysis, and good judgment
  • Collaborative and team-oriented personality with the ability to build and foster relationships throughout the organization
  • Understanding of accounting and business processes

  • Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify
