Service Representative - Travel Industry

Description:
* Answer inbound phone calls and emails, assisting guests with travel arrangements
* Inform clients on travel requirements
* Handle data entry of clients' documentation(s) required for traveling

Requirements:
* 1 year(s) of customer service or clerical work experience (preferably in an office setting)
* High School Diploma or GED
* Experience with MS Office Suite products

Additional Info:
* Pay rate: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
* Schedule: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Location: 100% in office
