Job Summary: As a Web Content Producer you will play a crucial role in editing and maintaining web content that represents our institution's commitment to excellence in healthcare and education. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sitecore or another enterprise-grade content management system and 1-2 years of web content management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Edits & Updates:
Update web content for the website using Sitecore content management system. This includes editing, and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and alignment with the institution's brand and messaging.
2. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team, as well as various departments across the institution, to update information and create content that effectively communicates our healthcare services, educational programs, research initiatives, and news updates. Provide support and answer questions for other CMS users.
3. Content Optimization: Work with our Senior SEO Strategist to implement SEO best practices to optimize web content for search engines, improving the discoverability of our website. Ensure that web content is structured for readability and accessibility.
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct content audits and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues, such as broken links, outdated information, or formatting errors. Test backend and frontend enhancements to Sitecore environment.
5. Development & User Acceptance Testing: Work with cross-departmental team to plan, and test back and front-end enhancements to Sitecore environment.
6. Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements, such as images, videos, and infographics, into web content to enhance engagement and convey information effectively.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1-2 years of experience in web content production.
* Experience in Sitecore or similar content management systems.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in healthcare or academic settings.
* Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts.
* Knowledge of basic design principles.
