Job Title: Chief of Staff

Location: Must be local to WA state, 4-5day onsite requirement (Bellevue)

The Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology.

What You'll Do

• Chief of Staff role to Senior Director (Product org)

• Running the teams Rhythm of Business, driving alignment between teams on priorities, executive communications and presentations, ad hoc support for operations (head count tracking, financials)

• Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly

• Establish and maintain rapport with key account decision makers and influencers

• Develop full-scale project plans, risk assessments, change control, and progress reports

• Ensure high quality of deliverables and high levels of client satisfaction

• Ensure and oversee launch of fully-functional deliverables on time, within budget, and within agreed-upon scope

What You'll Bring

• Complex Business Management/Chief of Staff required

• Background in project / program / portfolio management required

• Familiar with Agile delivery methods, highly organized, self-starter

• Fast paced, dynamic environment

• Prior Telco preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $70/HR to $80/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
