Job Details:

Start Date: 4/1/2024.

Title: Social Worker (LMSW-Licensed Masters of Social Worker)

Location: Toms River, New Jersey (on-site)

Hours: Day 5x8's (8:30am-4:30pm)

Length of Engagement: Travel/Contract, 13 Weeks

Hourly: $41.52

Stipend: $1,083

Total gross: $2,743.80

Job Responsibilities will Include:

• Must be able to review new admissions for any special needs or issues that need to be addressed.
• Assisted with patients discharged from the hospital as they return home.
• Coordinating the care of patients with complex needs that require multiple services over time.
• Be able to be a helping and guiding hand by counseling or therapy.
• Reassure patients understand that there are financial and emotional resources available to them.

Job Requirements:

• Will provide services between 14 locations.
• 2-3 years' experience.
• NJ License required.
• Must be a Master of Social Work.
• At least 1 Year of acute medical hospital social work required.
