The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Sr Director of Operations and is responsible for proactively managing the calendars and schedules along with other Sr. Leadership and serving as the primary point of contact between them and their internal and external colleagues. The successful candidate will need to show a proven track record of dealing with competing priorities while working with senior executives and their support staffs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
  • Manage all travel which includes close coordination with various groups locally and internationally, visa preparation, organization of ground transportation, booking hotel reservations, registering for conferences, etc. This will also require the flexibility and agility to deal with unexpected travel updates if/when schedules change both before and during trips.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal or external colleagues
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintains files, records, and correspondence.
  • Be responsible for all logistics of both large and small meetings, including conference room reservations, teleconference & video conference set-up, food ordering, and associated meeting logistics, including related social activities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal and written communications with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent computer skills using Windows and MS Office, which includes Outlook (e-mail and calendar management), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $54,100-70,000. This is the amount that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
