Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $73.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Strategic Planning & Operations Mgr.
In this vital role you will partner with the Chief of Staff of Research to drive and implement operational goals and initiatives in the Research organization. This role is expected to be a thought-partner to Chief of Staff of Research and drive tactical execution of key priorities within Research. The ideal candidate is organized and can effectively support multiple projects simultaneously. This position can work remotely.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including listening & presentation skills

• Proficiency & adaptability with related software tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint, MS Teams, Office 365, etc.)

• Exhibited problem-solving skills with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Hardworking teammate and self-starter; Strong analytical thinking skills

•Shown success in Change Management

• Good understanding of success in a matrix environment

• Ability to engage different personalities and levels within the organization, particularly senior and executive management

• Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict

• Good knowledge of Discovery Research and Pre-Clinical development

• Strong project management experience in a life sciences/biopharmaceutical industry
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Familiar with technologies such as teams, office, and dashboard creation.
• 4+ years of previous experience working in a senior environment.
• Growth mindset for process improvement.
• Masters Degree
