Key Responsibilities:Provide individualized support to students, focusing on retention, intervention, and completion goals. Assist in planning and executing retention-related events and outreach activities. Utilize tracking dashboards to monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies. Collaborate with faculty and staff to address early alert retention needs and develop academic recovery plans.Educate students about available support services and resources to enhance their academic journey.
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Valid Michigan Driver's license.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in office software and technology-related communication skills.
