Systems Analyst

Responsible for supporting vendor developed applications and systems; provides technical analysis and understands the functionality of the many highly complex applications and systems used by Lake Trust Credit Union. Ensure that systems are current with changing technologies. Adhere to regulatory and audit compliance. Provide support to colleagues regarding system and technical challenges. Work closely with upper management and project managers to align projects with organizational goals. Provide support for incidents, problems, and questions. Support systems to provide practical, effective, and efficient improvements that are within system constraints.

What You'll Do

• Provide information and guidance to requestors and end users regarding project needs and requirements
• Create and manage application release schedules
• Assist in developing system architecture diagrams and process workflow diagrams
• Perform system testing and validation prior to User Acceptance Testing

What You'll Bring

System Analyst I

• BA/BS degree in related technical field is preferred
• Demonstrated experience as a system analyst or any equivalent combination of job related experience required
• One (1) years or more experience in .NET development (C# or VB.NET) is desired
• Ability to adapt to various programming languages (C#, .NET, Windows Services)

System Analyst II

• Knowledge typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
• 2+ years of job related experience is required.
• Depending on area of assignment, may need the following qualifications:
• If position works directly with Lending, prior experience in lending or lending support is desired.
• If position works directly with Information Services, prior experience as a system analyst supporting multiple applications required, .NET development (C#, .NET, Windows Services) and ability to adapt to various programming languages (C#, .NET, Windows Services)
• Demonstrated proficiency in best practices of software development life cycle
• Proactive best practices for service delivery and handoff to production

System Analyst III

• BA/BS degree in related technical field is required
• 5+ years job related experience is required.
• 5+ years or more experience in .NET development (C# or VB.NET) is required
• Ability to adapt to various programming languages (C#, .NET, Windows Services)
• Demonstrated proficiency in best practices of software development life cycle
