Talent Specialist

Our client is a large technology company whose continued growth has created an opening for a Talent Specialist to join the HR group to focus on administrative, process, and analytic support. This is an HR operations role that fits into a specific division of the organization that is data and operations focused. The role will start as a contract with the ability to convert to a permanent employee in early 2022.

The role:

Manage and triage general HR inbox

Process assignment, compensation, and title changes

Audits of process, compliance, and employee files

Manage employee data in HRIS

Maintain all process documents for the Talent team

Create and distribute reports in MS Excel from HRIS data

Special projects as needed

You:

Bachelor's degree

2+ years in an HR operations role

Experience supporting a data-oriented employee population

Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal AND analytical)

Experience navigating between systems to collect, collate, and translate employee data

Ability to work remotely with own equipment and transition to office in 2022
