Job Description

TheTreasury Manager is responsible for managing the financial andmonetary aspects of the company, including cash flow, liquidity,funding, and building and maintaining relationships withfinancial institutions. The Treasury manager needs to understand financialmarkets, the economics of the regulated utility business, and the associatedfinancial risks. The Treasury Manager will developand maintain healthy and productive relationships with banks andother funding sources to secure the most favorable terms for the company.Additionally, the Treasury Manager will be involved in capital planning, debtmanagement and compliance, while creating strategies to optimize the company's spending and budgeting.

* Monitor the Group'sdebt portfolio and facilities, ensuring that: all payments and drawdowns are completed in a timely manner, on-goingrequirements of the debt are met, and information and covenantsare complied with according to legal agreements.

* Establish and regularly review treasurypolicies & procedures, ensuring that they are implemented throughout the organization.

* Manage all aspects of cash management, including accountfunding, wire transfers, and cash concentration.

* Manage inter-company loans between the group and itssubsidiaries plus between subsidiaries.

* Responsible for the accuracy, completion andreconciliation of all financial information processed within the Treasury team, ensuring theintegrity of financial data and monitoring the reconciliation of bank and loan accounts.

* Manage the budget, forecast, and reporting processes forall treasury costs.

* Produce short, medium and long-termcash-flow forecasts.

* Implement and periodically review the Investmentstrategy to ensure optimal mix of risk and return.

* Control banking operations among many banks.

* Lead improvement of the treasury business processand implementation of state-of-the-art treasury technology tools.

* Partner with the Accounting & Finance team tomanage and optimize our treasury and accounting activities.

* Own and maintain SOX controls for thetreasury function.

* Produce treasury reports for Finance Committee and theBoard of Directors.

* Assist the CFO and SVP of Finance with variousprojects as needed.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or similar.

* Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred.

* 5 to 7 years Treasury Experience in a publicly tradedcompany corporate treasury environment.

* Knowledge and experience of treasury management includingmanaging debt portfolios, liquidity and cash flow forecasting, andtechniques for analysis of funding and hedging.

* Understanding of treasury-related software and an ERPsystem.

* Extremely proficient in Excel.

* Detailed oriented,results-driven, resourceful, and able to work cross functionally.

* Strong communication, interpersonal skills,organizational and time management skills.
