This Director, Marketplace Strategic Initiatives role be responsible for driving and leading the strategic initiatives team within the Food category. In this role you will wear many hats and have the ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative skills. You will partner with Omni and product teams on category specific initiatives focused on accelerating the growth of the Food category, operational excellence and program creation of horizontal initiatives in partnership with cross functional MP teams and oversee planning and forecasting. You will lead a high-performing team of analysts, managers and senior manages responsible for helping our account management team exceed their business plans. You'll make an impact by:

Developing and driving strategic initiatives critical to Foods growth: Being the voice and advocate for the Food business, assessing and prioritizing key initiatives that will set Walmart Marketplace as an industry leader.

Building strategic relationships: Maximizing relationships with new and existing internal and external stakeholders, Collaborating with Product Management, Strategy, Operations, Site and Marketing to deliver best-in-class customer and seller experiences.

Operating with excellence: Setting an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

Leading and developing talent: Manage, coach, and train a team of high-performing account managers that continuously meet or exceed their account goals and revenue targets.
Minimum Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in business or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related experience in category management, online marketplace, strategy and operations, retail consulting or a related e-commerce business.
- 5+ years demonstrated experience managing a team
- Experience in Food or Consumables categories preferred.
- Ability to think strategically while delivering detailed execution.
- Experience in leading commercial teams and managing change.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business positive outcomes.
- Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
