RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Web Design/Digital Marketing Specialist in Phoenix, AZ.Summary:We are growing and expanding our product offerings into new industries. This requires the design of web pages appropriate for each new market. You will have the opportunity to design the look and feel of unique landing pages that align with our brand but are customized for target customers within each new industry. You will also work with our third-party partners and collaborate on our digital marketing strategy.Responsibilities:- Web Design/Digital Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with the Company Marketing and Communications Manager and the eCommerce Manager to ensure all activities are aligned with company goals
- Stay current with emerging opportunities/technologies relating to web design and digital marketing; Perform all tasks within budget and on time
- Design and produce web pages for Company distributors; Includes collaboration with each distributor to determine direction of web page
- Design and produce industry-specific web pages for Company brand awareness and education of Company offerings; Industries will be defined by Company marketing and sales departments
- Oversee all aspects of a digital marketing campaign to effectively promote Company products; This includes designing and implementing strategies to publish display, social media, SEO, and digital ads
- As a Web Design/Digital Marketing Specialist, you will measure the performance analytics of each campaign and report the results to senior leadership
- Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and compelling
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or equivalent
- Certificates in fields related to digital marketing and website development and optimization are helpful
- 2+ years in web design and digital marketing
- Experience with website building, design, and optimization
- Experience in creative development and execution
- Candidates should have some experience in project management
- Has a working knowledge of product development, production principals, and the elements required for a successful product launch
- Understands key principals of marketing, design, and business
- Must be an effective communicator both written and oral, that effectively collaborates with all members of the organization (sales, communication, product management, engineering)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
- Experience with Kentico or Znode preferred
- Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and digital marketing preferred
- Social media marketing experience is beneficial
- Experience with security-related companies is a bonus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
