Responsibilities:· Greet each guest and offer assistance as needed· Provide information on services, programs at university-wide functions, and outreach events· Answer incoming calls· Recommend and connect students to appropriate services· Assist students with making appointments· Evaluate ASC emails· Contribute to the planning and execution of department events· Triage student alerts to connect with appropriate services· Aid students with appointment check-ins· Communicate effectively with professional staff and other student staff· Collaborate with other departments to meet student needs· Promote ASC services and programs at outreach events· Contribute to marketing ideas to build our brand· Regularly attend training and staff meetings· Create and maintain a semester schedule that correlates to the Ambassador job requirements· Responsible for administrative support tasks not limited to maintaining the office, assisting office staff, maintaining some departmental records, light data entry, running on-campus errands, preparing reports, and helping with other administrative tasks as needed.
