Job Description:

Job Duties

  • Working cross functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build models and articulate staffing recommendations to leaders within the organization
  • Build and maintain staffing plans to provide Operations/Business partners with the information they need to proactively hire, train, and shift staff in order to achieve service levels and financial targets
  • Communicating staffing plans, risks, and recommendations to VPs and Directors, and collaboration with these leaders to continually adjust based on changing business needs
  • Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience in a concise and professional manner, while making recommendations for action plans to meet business requirements and metric goals
  • Develop, perform and manage all aspects of capacity planning, including budgeting and forecasting for employee demand and analyses of business metrics
  • Maintain reporting to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget for metrics
  • Perform strategic planning to identify future workforce needs (e.g., site/membership growth, capacity constraints, strategic and operational initiatives), which will require steps of analysis, planning, and forecasting complex data identifying viable options to enable data-driven decisions
  • Be a Trusted Advisor through collaboration and active leadership with Operations and Workforce partners in solution development to ensure long range planning considerations are part of the solutions, which includes educating business partners and influencing outcomes
  • Effectively communicate/present to Operations partners including VPs and directors on staffing models, data analysis, and recommendations to improve service while reducing cost
  • Partner with the Workforce Management (Scheduling and real-time) to ensure synchronization from capacity planning through daily work direction to maximize Operations staffing and performance
  • Gather and document business requirements to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks for business partners
  • Create and maintain a variety of operational reports related to FTEs and workforce metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in self-directed environment
  • Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to be adaptable and able to quickly move with change while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including early/late hours at times
Job Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
  • BS Degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of directly related experience.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements.
  • Has knowledge of general business environment/operation and has general cost benefit awareness.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of business, workforce management, or finance operations experience
  • This highly analytical and strategic role requires expertise and demonstrated ability to calculate, analyze and interpret data and information in order to draw meaningful inferences, problem-solve and make informed decisions that are critical to CoreLogic Customer Experience operating budget, financial goals and key priorities
  • Intermediate or higher level of experience working with Microsoft Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets and perform VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and complex file links with proven experience in creating ad hoc reports, manipulating multiple large data sets, etc
  • Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills, including proven ability to effectively communicate data and trend analysis, concerns regarding performance, action plans, and solutions to senior level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in self-directed environment
  • Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to be adaptable and able to quickly move with change while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including early/late hours at times

Annual Pay Range:
54,000 - 60,000 USD
