HR Assistant (EP2903)

We are seeking a knowledgeable HR Assistant for a growing organization near Fontana, CA. The ideal candidate is adaptable to a fast paced environment, and proficient with Excel.

Location: Fontana, CA

Pay rate: $25.00-28.00/hour+ DOE

Schedule: M-F; 8AM - 5PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide HR Administrative support to HR Manager
• Prepare reports providing compensation data to management for upcoming requisitions
• Arranges hiring interviews to include prepare interview questions and packets
• Update all agency job descriptions and confirm physical requirements.
• Scheduling, and onboarding/orientation support
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Must have 2+ years of HR experience
• Experience with compensation analysis is a plus
• Must have knowledge on HR laws and experience with compliance
• Good computer/MS software knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
